In addition to the Shut Down shell extension shown when you right-click the desktop, ShellToys includes a separate shutdown.exe utility. For even faster access to shut-down options, you can create shortcuts to this utility on your desktop or Start menu that carry out particular shut-down actions.

For example, create a shortcut to shutdown.exe restart and you can restart the computer by double-clicking this icon.

Of course, you can create a separate shortcut for each action you want available, and rename the shortcut files to indicate what they do. You can also choose a different icon for each shortcut.
